EA and developer Respawn Entertainment have built an already great-looking game in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, which is also the fastest-selling Star Wars game ever -- but now it looks even better with the Fallen Order Cinematic FX mod applied.
The video above is a comparison video between the vanilla (no mod) and then the Fallen Order Cinematic FX mod on the right, which uses Depth Haze to add blurring as well as ambient fog in the distance. On top of that, it has been color graded with the ReShade effect that really makes the game pop on top of the ReShade Bloom effect that adds a glow effect to effects -- making those lightsabers look even more realistic. It's subtle, but effective.
You can grab the Fallen Order Cinematic mod right here from Nexusmods.
Here I've got a video of "What Combat Looks Like With SWCFX" and yeah, it definitely looks more cinematic -- almost like it has real-time ray tracing effects through RTX enabled, but it doesn't. It definitely looks great and very fluid, making me want to play the game -- which I haven't so far.
Below, I've got a bunch of screenshots with the Fallen Order Cinematic mod applied which definitely makes Respawn's already great work on Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (which is powered by Epic Games' Unreal Engine 4) look even better. Let me know what you think in the comments below.
