ASUS already had one of the best gaming smartphones on the market with its just-announced ROG Phone II, but it is already succeeded by an event faster model -- the new ROG Phone II Ultimate Edition.
The faster ROG Phone II Ultimate Edition rocks a huge 1TB of UFS 3.0 internal storage, and LTE speeds that will reach 2Gbps thanks to Cat 20 4G LTE support.
Qualcomm's super-fast Snapdragon 855+ powers the new ROG Phone II Ultimate Edition (and the normal ROG Phone II) that is cherry-picked, as well as a "special" Adreno 640 that is more powerful than the original.
ASUS provides a large 6.59-inch 1080p 120Hz OLED display that is one of, if not hte best on the market -- especially with its super-smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Razer and OnePlus are also in the high refresh rate gaming smartphone market with their respective phones, too.
The new ASUS ROG Phone II Ultimate Edition will be available in October, while the regular ROG Phone II drops later this month. ASUS will be the only place you'll be able to directly buy the ROG Phone II Ultimate Edition, though.
As for price, the ROG Phone II Ultimate Edition is expensive -- coming in at €1,199 over the regular ROG Phone II at €899.
€899 converts to just shy of $1000 while €1,199 converts to $1322.
