Steven Sinofsky, Microsoft Senior Vice President of Windows, said that there have been over 500,000 suggestions given to the Windows 7 team since the public launch of the beta in January.

He also stated that the RC will be available broadly. This should mean that not only will beta testers and MSDN subscribers be available to get their hands on the RC when it hits, but it should be available to the general public as well.
