FinalWire has released AIDA64 version 8.30, the latest update to its widely used Windows system diagnostic, benchmarking, and monitoring tool. The update introduces several changes, including a new AIDA FPS module that captures real-time FPS data from DX11 and DX12 games. It is exclusive to the Extreme edition and works similarly to other monitoring tools, such as MSI Afterburner, with FPS data displayed across all available outputs, including SensorPanel, OSD, tray icons, and logging.

Here is a list of all the new features and improvements in version 8.30:

  • optimized for the APX SHA3 performance test for Intel Diamond Rapids and Nova Lake processors;
  • support for Turing (Turzx) 4.6 and 12.3-inch LCD displays;

  • improved support for Intel Wildcat Lake and Nova Lake processors;
  • preliminary support for AMD APUs based on Zen 6 architecture;
  • support for Aqua Computer Ampinel and Thermal Grizzly WireView Pro II sensors;
  • extended support for Adaptec RAID controllers;
  • USB-NVMe pass-through support for Realtek RTL9220 controllers;
  • support for EXPO 1.2 memory profiles;
  • Detailed GPU information for Intel Arc Pro B65 and Arc Pro B70;
  • Detailed GPU information for NVIDIA RTX Pro 4500 Blackwell Server Edition;

Version 8.30 adds improved support for Intel's next-gen Nova Lake CPUs, which are expected to launch later this year. FinalWire has also added a new SHA3 benchmark optimized for APX architectures, covering both Intel Diamond Rapids Xeon and Nova Lake Core Ultra processors.

On the AMD side, the update brings initial support for the upcoming Zen 6 Medusa Point mobile processors, branded as the Ryzen AI 500 series, and is expected to launch in early 2027, so this is early groundwork rather than full support. We recently saw a 10-core Zen 6 engineering sample that matched the performance of the current Ryzen AI 9 365.

The update also adds support for AMD's recently launched EXPO 1.2 technology, which adds compatibility with more memory profiles, CUDIMM, and other features. EXPO 1.2 is a key enabler of CUDIMM DDR5 memory, which will be fully supported on Zen 6 and newer AM5 motherboards.

A new web-based tool, AIDA64 SensorPanel Tools, is also being introduced, allowing users to build image sets that can be imported directly into SensorPanel Manager. Lastly, starting with AIDA64 v8.30, the software will no longer support 32-bit Windows or Windows XP x64, meaning users on those platforms will need to stick with an older version. AIDA64 version 8.30 is now available across the Extreme, Engineer, Business, and Network Audit editions.
