ASUS Intel X79 chipset based system gets shown at BlizzCon 2011

BlizzCon 2011 - Our first stop at BlizzCon 2011 was at the ASUS booth where we saw a number of cool new Republic of Gamers (ROG) products.

 

The one that got our attention the most was the ASUS X79 demo system. We met up with Mark from Intel who was kind enough to give us a run down on the system and what it will offer. Watch now:

 

 

As many of you would know, the upcoming X79 chipset and Sandy Bridge-E processors are still under NDA, so there are only so much information that can be disclosed.
