Mac Pro used to play Crysis 3 with six 27-inch monitors at 7860x2880

Apple Mac Pro used to play Crysis 3 with Eyefinity technology across six 27-inch displays (NASDAQ:AAPL)

| Gaming News | Posted: Feb 6, 2014 12:32 pm

Apple's new Mac Pro not only looks slick, but thanks to the AMD GPU inside of it, and AMD's multi-monitor Eyefinity technology, gaming can be quite amazing - although, it requires a Windows installation through Boot Camp.

YouTuber MrThaiBox123 used his step for the six-monitor setup, playing Crysis 3 at around 40-60FPS. MrThaiBox123 used six 27-inch displays, with performance at that resolution teased above. The resolution of the displays is 2560x1440 a piece, which provides an insane, retina-busting resolution of 7680x2880 - simply beautiful.

Thanks to my friend Chris for sending this in!
