Nokia flagship is finally here: Meet the Nokia 8

Nokia is back. After the launch of the modern version of the Nokia 3310 and three new smartphones at MWC in Barcelona, HMD Global has finally launched their long-expected Nokia flagship.

The Nokia 8, as a true flagship, is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 and comes with 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage, expandable with a microSD card.

The phone features dual rear camera setup (13MP + 13MP) designed in cooperation with Zeiss and a 13MP front shooter.

The device comes with a standard 5.3-inch display, 2560x1400 resolution with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The Nokia 8 runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat and has an IP54 splashproof rating.

Other features include a fingerprint sensor and a 3,090 mAh battery, but unfortunately, it doesn't come with Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0 support, but instead, it features Quick Charge 3.0 support. The phone also has an increasingly rare 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Nokia 8 will be available in Polished Blue, Polished Copper, Tempered Blue, and Steel color options.

The phone will be available globally in September at a price of 600 euros or around $700.
