Temperature Test

 

 

The temperature of the core is pulled from MSI Afterburner with the max reading used after a completed run off 3DMark Vantage and the Performance preset.

Just like the R9 290X 4GB, you can see that the temperature profile is pretty much set for around the 90c mark and that's what we get.

 

Yes, it's warm, but no we're not worried as AMD has made sure that the card can operate perfectly normal at these temperatures.
