All the talk right now is understandably about the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Plus, and iPhone 15 Pro Max, and the colors of those devices have been a hot topic. Now, we might have our best look yet at what Apple has in store.

There has been a lot of talk about the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max colors in particular, with Apple rumored to be ditching the familiar gold color and replacing it with something called Titan Gray. We're also set to lose the rather excellent Deep Purple, replacing it with a dark blue of some sort. Those rumors have people worried that the best iPhones will come in four different shades of gray and these new photos won't do anything to make those people feel better.

The images are of supposed dummy models and were shared to X by leaker Sonny Dickson. The images show the apparent silver, gray, black, and dark blue colors in all of their glory. We're not sure we're fans of what we see here, but we might have to see them in the flesh before we can really pass judgment. The new titanium construction could make these new colors sing, but the lack of anything brighter than gray is a concern.

Now that Apple has officially confirmed that it will hold a streamed event on September 12, all eyes are very much on what we can expect to be announced. The smart money is on four new iPhones and a couple of wearables and most of the rumors revolve around the new phones. Now, one analyst has had their say on which colors the various models will be available in.

As always, Apple looks set to keep some existing colors around while ditching others and replacing them with something new. With that in mind renowned supply chain analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has shared details about the colors that they believe will be available when the new iPhones go on sale. Their supply chain connections make their color observations particularly worth taking note of.

According to Ming-Chi Kuo, the new iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will be offered in black, pink, blue, yellow, and green. That green color is one that was recently rumored and is thought to be similar to the green that was previously offered as part of the iPhone 12 lineup. That color and model are still available at the bottom of Apple's lineup of course, but the iPhone 12 is likely to be removed once the new iPhone 15 models arrive.

Apple finally announced its September 12 event yesterday and you don't need to be following too closely to know that we can expect four new iPhones to be announced. But a new report details exactly what Apple had to go through to get these handsets ready for mass production.

If everything goes the way that we expect, Apple will announce the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max during that September event and now analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has weighed in with a new Medium post that explains some of the main production issues that Apple and its partners found when trying to get these devices through the usual prototyping, verification, and then production processes.

According to Kuo, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus' new stacked CIS camera system caused problems as did the displays. Perhaps worryingly, Kuo also claims that the batteries for the new iPhones were problematic before going on to say that they were expanding when exposed to heat. We can only hope that this in particular was dealt with to ensure we don't have any exploding battery issues with these new phones.

The worst kept secret in technology was confirmed yesterday - Apple will hold a special event on September 12, and while it didn't confirm what it's for we can be pretty sure it'll see the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro models finally unveiled. Now, a new report suggests that the very invitation that Apple sent out might have confirmed what colors the new iPhones will ship in.

Specifically, the report by X leaker @URedditor, claims that Apple's iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max colors have now been leaked including the decidedly gray look that all of the options seem to have.

We've been seeing leaks of new color options in recent days and it's expected that Apple will ditch the popular Gold option, replacing it with a so-called Titan Gray option. The iPhone 14 Pro's Deep Purple is also expected to be replaced by a new deep blue-type color, and both of those new colors appear to be shown in the Apple 'Wunderlust' invitation sent to members of the press.

If you follow Google's line of Pixel mobile phones, you know the company is no stranger to leaks about unannounced devices. The Pixel 8 Pro is seemingly following suit.

Before the image that we are soon to discuss popped up, there were already a few leaked renders and images of the Pixel 8 Pro, and judging by the recently released image, those renders and previously leaked images were correct about the design. Android Setting on X noticed a new image popping up on a page that promotes Google's subscriptions and services. The image showcases a man holding what appears to be a Google Pixel 8 Pro to his ear.

The Pixel 8 Pro in the image is a Porcelain color, and many Google Pixel fans were suspicious if it was true or not that Google would release a phone in such a color. However, it seems those concerns can be put to rest as the tipster dived into the alt-text description of the image, which read, "A person takes a call on a Pixel 8 Pro phone in Porcelain". Notably, the new image matches the leaks that suggested the Pixel 8 Pro will feature a glass oval covering the rear cameras, along with the iconic bar that's present on previous Pixel models.

Now that Apple has announced that it will stream an event on September 12 we can be pretty sure that it will announce the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max at that time. And according to one analyst, it's the last of those four that Apple expects to be the most popular of all.

The iPhone 15 Pro Max will of course be the most expensive of all of the new iPhones, but it's that model that Apple is leaning into and placing massive orders for, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says. In a post on Medium, the well-connected supply chain watcher says that the iPhone 15 Pro Max accounts for 35-40% of iPhone 15 series shipments, the highest share of all.

With that in mind, it's Kuo's belief that Apple expects the iPhone 15 Pro Max to be particularly popular, likely thanks to its exclusive periscope camera design. That periscope camera will be exclusive to the iPhone 15 Pro Max this year and is expected to allow people to take new zoom photos. An optical zoom of around 6x is what the rumors say, twice that of the 3x zoom capabilities of the iPhone 15 Pro as well as the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

After all of the rumors, it's now been confirmed - Apple will hold an event on September 12. And while the company stopped short of saying what it would entail, we can be pretty certain that we will see the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro series of devices finally unveiled after months of rumors.

Apple confirmed the event in invitations sent to members of the press that asked them to join a special Apple Event that will be broadcast from Apple Park on September 12, starting from 10:00am PT. Apple's artwork for the invitation shows an Apple logo making like Spider-Man - dissolving away as if it's been Thanos-snapped.

Bloomberg's Mark Gurman shared a copy of the invitation on X, although Apple is yet to do so. In fact, the Apple X account is currently dormant so it's unclear whether we should expect any kind of promotion for the event going forward.

When Apple finally announces the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro lineups next month it'll bring an end to an almost never-ending cycle of rumors. Now, the latest of those rumors appears to center around the iPhone's new box and what it will look like come launch day.

The box in question is for the iPhone 15 Pro, but we can imagine that the iPhone 15 Pro Max box will be identical. As for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, it's likely that will be slightly different. There aren't all that many differences from what we can see, but it does look like the new iPhone will come with a rather Samsung-like wallpaper.

As you can see in the image above, the new Pro iPhones look set to come with a new wallpaper that has what looks like an S in the center. The render you can see here is based on a post by X leaker ShrimpApplePro that claimed the iPhone 15 Pro will come in a white box with this particular S shape on the front.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 has only been around for a little while and now attention has already started to turn to what comes next. And what comes next, is the Galaxy Z Fold 6.

That much isn't news of course, and we can all do the math to work out what will come after that. But right now the leaks for the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 6 are already starting, despite the fact that we don't expect the flagship foldable to be announced for another year or so. Regardless, that hasn't stopped images and video of the phone from appearing on social media.

That video and accompanying photos were posted to X by leaker Ice Universe and they leave little to the imagination. It's thought that these were taken by someone in Samsung's supply chain and as the leaker notes, they do appear to be similar to previous Galaxy S24 Ultra leaks including a flatter outer display and an overall more boxy design.

Following reports that the iPhone 15 Pro Max might have to wait until October due to production issues, it sounds like we might have been worrying for nothing. That's after a new report by the well-connected analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.

There had been some concern that the iPhone 15 Pro Max's new periscope zoom camera could cause Apple and its suppliers to struggle to get the new iPhones into stores ready for the usual late-September release. However, Kuo's latest Medium post suggests that won't be the case with Apple already set to begin ramping up mass production of the best iPhone as soon as this week. Based on Kuo's report it's now more than possible that the iPhone 15 Pro Max should go on sale as normal.

Kuo's report says that he believes that analysts have been overly conservative when it comes to predicting how many new iPhones will be shipped as a result of the expected iPhone 15 Pro Max concerns. He also goes on to add that he believes that Apple's stock prices could experience a rebound once everyone gets a better handle on the stock situation.
