The first phone with Google's Tango platform is now available, making the Lenovo Phab 2 Pro the first phone with AR capabilities.
The Lenovo Phab 2 Pro was announced back in June, and now it's finally available for $500.
The phone comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, expandable with microSD card up to 256GB. It has a bit bigger screen than a standard smartphones - 6.4-inch with 1440x2560 resolution. The phone features a 16MP main camera and an 8MP selfie camera.
The Phab 2 Pro comes with a 4050 mAh battery, a fingerprint sensor and you can choose between two colors - grey and gold.
Of course, the big story about this phone is the Tango platform, which is a combination of cameras and sensors built in the device that lets you enjoy AR experiences including AR games. AR is expected to blow up over the next few years and the Phab 2 Pro appears to be the beginning of that explosion.
