Thanks to FOX's reboot of the 1980 PBS series "Cosmos: A Personal Voyage" (now streamlined to "Cosmos"), fans of "Bob's Burgers" will have to adjust to a tuning-in to a new timeslot. The hilarious antics of the Belchers will now be featured in the less-than-glamorous Sunday at 7/6c timeslot on Fox in March, April, and May.
Aside from making their unfortunate timeslot shift known through the catchy sing-along commercial on FOX, two cast members from "Bob's Burgers" also took to Reddit.com to remind fans to tune-in tonight at the new time. Dan Mintz and John Roberts, the voices behind Tina and Linda Belcher, started a stream on Reddit.com to remind fans of the shift, and stayed on for a few hours to chat. The stream attracted a few thousand viewers within the first few hours, and not without good reason.
Mintz and Roberts were nothing short of hilarious in their banter with fans, with Roberts claiming to voice once fan's wife from underneath their bed, and Mintz offering to record the voicemail message of another fan. At some point in the conversation, the show's creator Loren Bouchard even joined in on the conversation, answering fans questions about character inspiration and touting a possible in-show "Archer" parody in response to the "Bob's Burgers" parody featured on "Archer". Although the conversation has run relatively dry, the post is still available to read here.
Don't forget to catch "Bob's Burgers" in its new timeslot on Sundays at 7/6c. I personally look forward to hearing about Tina's obsession with butts a good hour and a half sooner.
