Aiming to give you full access to the CPU backplate at an affordable price is SilverStone with its new PS13 budget-friendly chassis.

This ATX case provides users with quick access dust filters, an all-black interior, support for video cards up to 13.7 inches in length, various drive storage options and the aforementioned CPU backplate cutout, seemingly big enough to let you install a CPU cooler without removing the motherboard.

We're interested in testing the back cut out for ourselves, but in the meantime, we're going to have to simply report the specs instead. Priced at $40.55 (37.5 EUR) and set for release on January 12, this case also features USB 3.0 ports and is the smallest ATX tower in SilverStone's Precision series.
