Temperature Tests

 

 

The temperature of the core is pulled from MSI Afterburner with the max reading used after a completed run off 3DMark Vantage and the Performance preset.

At 85c on each core the GTX 590 is a little warmer than one core on the HD 6990, but cooler than the second core. I think people would prefer to have both cores at this temp than one at 83c and the other at 89c.
