Corsair Flash Voyager GT - Fastest USB pen drive in the world?
Final Thoughts

With capacities ranging from 2GB to 8GB, the Flash Voyager GT is definitely a premium product and the benchmark figures back this up. But you do not have to run any benchmarks on this USB drive to see that it is faster than just about anything currently on the market, as it flies along at top speed when you copy files to it. It might not come with a great deal of extra stuff, as it only has some file encryption software on it, but then again, who really cares? Sure, the SanDisk Cruzer Micro is a U3 drive and it offers some cool extra features, but to be honest, we hardly use them and unless you know you need a U3 drive, then the Flash Voyager GT is the way to go.
Corsair has pulled out all the stops and not only does the Flash Voyager GT keep the build quality and ruggedness of the older Flash Voyager series, but the performance of the drive itself has been taken to a new level. We used to think that it was silly to have a USB flash drive over a certain size, but as prices are coming down, we have changed our mind. Sure, 512MB is most likely enough for normal usage, but it is so simple to just plug a flash drive into your USB port and copy stuff that you want to take along with you and do not have to worry about a portable hard drive.
Considering that the 8GB version will set you back less than US$100, it is impossible to not recommend this USB flash drive to anyone that is looking for a whole lot of storage space in their pocket.
This is simply one of the best USB flash drives on the market today and it comes at a steal for what you get. Another great product from Corsair and this time it is not too expensive either.
