The Danish Company Chill Innovation A/S is now launching new models in accordance with the latest Energy Star V5.0 requirements featuring +85% efficiency.

The new models consist of a new CP-450F 450W with +85% efficiency, <1W standby, PCI-Express V2 (6+2pin) and an ultra silent 120mm thermally controlled fan. Perfect for Home Entertainment PCs, office computers and servers!

The popular CP-520A4M 'Modular' Power Supply has also received a facelift and are replaced by the new 'Modular' CP-520M 520W with +85% efficiency, updated 135mm fan and fan controller and even higher 12V output (2x 25A).

Finally the popular CP-1000M 1000W 'Modular' Power Supply has been updated with even higher 12V output (2x 40A). The updated version is now capable of delivering 96% of the total output on the demanding 12V rails if needed. This should provide enough juice and stability for even the most demanding SLI / CrossFire systems featuring the latest generation graphics card and CPU's.

The entire product range thereby now exclusively consist of Energy Star V5.0 compliant Power Supplies with +85% efficiency and <1W Standby. The entire series has additionally also received a recommendation from the Danish Energy Saving Trust 'Elsparefonden' for its energy efficient ECO friendly design.

The new series offer strong performance with REAL Watt ratings and industry leading silence for even the most demanding users and noise enthusiasts. All models now entirely use High-Grade components with 'Long Life' 'Low-ESR' Hi-End capacitors for improved efficiency, performance, quality and lifetime. All models also come with Active-PFC w/ Auto Full-Range input detection, fan speed RPM Monitor and a matt black chassis with Full Cable Sleeving. Additionally the 'Modular' models offer removable cables for a much more flexible installation and expandability.

The virtually silent operation condition has always been Chill Innovations key trademark and continues to amaze noise enthusiast around the world. The advanced thermally controlled fan management system will always ensure the lowest possible noise vs. performance ratio in the industry.
