FDA alert: if you have this coffee don't drink it, you could die
If you happen to own this coffee, the FDA advises you don't drink it as it may contain something that's life-threatening.
Most people enjoy a nice cup of hot coffee in the morning, but if your coffee contains undeclared milk or soy, it could turn from being a nice cup of coffee to a trip to the emergency room.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has put a new listing for a recall on its website, and the product that is being voluntarily recalled comes from Door County Coffee & Tea Co. The company is recalling its 5.1-ounce packages of French Vanilla Flavored Cappuccino Single Serve Cups as it's believed that they main contain undeclared milk or soy.
People who are allergic to milk or soy can have serious and sometimes life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these products. At the moment, there have been no reports of illnesses linked to the recall. The states where the product was sold can be found in the entirety of this article, along with the lot codes and expiry dates.
