A new milestone for coronavirus deaths in Europe has been passed. Reports are indicating that European deaths have passed 250,000.
According to MedicalXpress, coronavirus cases in Europe have increased by 44% this past week, and now since the death toll has passed 250,000, it has made Europe the second-hardest hit region after Latin America and the Caribbean.
The United Kingdom is still Europe's worst-affected county in terms of deaths. The UK has accounted for almost one-fifth of the total fatalities across the continent.
