A new coronavirus stimulus relief plan has been introduced, and if it passes, Americans could see a $12,000 check injected in their account.
A new bill has been proposed by senators, and this bill, if it passes, would give American a check for $12,000 right away. So, how this possible? Well, under the new bill called Monthly Economic Crisis Support Act, eligible Americans would be paid $2,000/month for the rest of the pandemic, while also paid retroactively for the pandemic they have already endured.
The bill was proposed by Bernie Sanders, Ed Markey, and now presidential running mate Kamala Harris. Since Joe Biden is running for President with Harris, if Biden wins the presidency, we could see this new bill gain much more focus by lawmakers and maybe even passing. In this bill, married couples would receive $4,000/month, plus an extra $2,000 per eligible dependent. If you are after more information regarding this bill, check out this link here.
