Samsung has just announced its beyond amazing new CRG9 monitor, but don't let the simple name distract you: this monitor is one of the best gaming monitors ever unveiled and will blow most people, including display enthusiasts like me away.

The new Samsung CRG9 rolls out with a native 5K resolution so we're talking about a huge 5120 x 1440 resolution at a buttery smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The native 5K resolution equates to exactly two 2560 x 1440 displays side-by-side, with AMD coming in and deploying its FreeSync 2 technology inside of the new Samsung CRG9 gaming display.
