Google has decided to catch their not-so-new generations up with their virtual assistant. According to TechSpot, 29.7% of Android users are currently running Android Marshmallow compared to a 0.5% running Android Oreo, by these statistics it can be seen why Google wants to update.

The update has already begun the process of rolling out to Marshmallow powered devices, starting with devices that have their language set to English and are located in the U.S, UK, India, Australia, Canada and Singapore.

For those in European countries it is unknown whether the update will roll out soon as Google never mentioned any countries within Europe to receive the update, but it is assumed that it will be rolled out shortly.

Jaks love for technology and more specifically PC gaming began at 10 years old, it was the day his dad showed him how to play Age of Empires on a old Compaq PC. Ever since that day, Jak fell in love with games and the progression of the technology industry in all its forms. Instead of the typical FPS PC gamer, Jak enjoys the likes of a solid MMO, RPG, or a single-player linear story. More importantly, though, he holds a very special spot in his heart for RTS games.
