It looks like EA has really squeezed some great perofrmance out of Sony's refreshed PS4 Pro console, with the new Star Wars Battlefront II pre-alpha running at a cool 1080p 60FPS.
At Gamescom 2017, Digital Foundry's Richard Leadbetter got some hands-on time with Battlefront II on the PS4 Pro, where he round it was being rendered at 1080p. Most of the time the frame rate hovered at 60FPS, with some drops to 50FPS when entering the massive space station.
Star Wars Battlefront II's pre-alpha is super-early code, but if we're already seeing 1080p 60FPS for the most part, the team should only be able to optimize from here and get it nailed down at 60FPS constant, hopefully.
