Google Glass has been updated, after years of being on the market and 3 years since its last update, Google Glass has received a new "MyGlass" companion app update.

The new XE23 version allows Glass owners to use keyboards, mice, and other Bluetooth-based products on their Google Glass. The new version rolled out a few days ago, and a new firmware update for Google Glass has also been released.

The new and very strangely timed updates to Google Glass are welcomed for Glass owners, but for a product that never went mainstream, it's definitely weird. Now if only my Glass still worked, I'd use it. Sigh.
