Samsung is preparing for the massive launch of its next-gen Galaxy S8 smartphone, with new leaks teasing that the company will be using a larger 3500mAh battery inside of its new Galaxy S8 handset.

The new leak shows off the larger 3500mAh battery for the upcoming Galaxy S8+ smartphone, and it looks like Samsung is making the 3500mAh battery at its own Samsung SDI - their in-house battery manufacturing firm. After the problems surrounding the Galaxy Note 7, the company doesn't need a repeat of any battery-related issues - and I'm sure the Galaxy S8 will launch without a hitch.
