HP's flagship Spectre X360 now at new lowest price
This year HP released its thinnest convertible PC to date - the new 13-inch HP Spectre X360. The base model with an Intel Core i5 7th gen processor is listed at $1,089.99. Since its January 2017 debut, prices have held relatively steady, only coming down to $900 during a President's Day sale. Well, if you missed that discount you're actually in luck because HP released a new coupon code this week making the base model HP Spectre x360 much cheaper.
Instead of the $899.99 previous low during Washington's Birthday, we're seeing a price drop to under $820 after coupon. It's a very decent $272.50 drop only months after launch.
Update: The 25% off coupon code unfortunately longer works on the HP Spectre x360 as HP has introduced a different instant savings threshold. There is still a 20% off coupon available, which also expires Saturday night. We've updated the price and coupon code for the X360 accordingly below.
- HP Spectre x360 Core i5-7200U, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 1080p Touch - $871.99 (list $1,090)
- Use HP Promo Code: NB20BMSM
Being an HP laptop, you'll get bombarded with options to customize this machine. Some upgrades are worth grabbing, but nothing is truly needed on this base model. A good upgrade would be snagging extra memory bumping up from a 256GB SSD to a 512 for $80 more. Some upgrades are insanely expensive, though, like going to a 1TB SSD for $430 more, which is overpriced by about $330.
HP's $272 off coupon code is only valid now through Saturday, March 11. That gives you a few days to decide if it's worth pulling the trigger on the new lightweight powerhouse.
