85K+ gamers using PlayStation VR to play Resident Evil 7

Out of the 2.5 million people who purchased Resident Evil 7, over 85K of them are playing on PlayStation VR.

Capcom has impressed the world with Resident Evil 7, with over 2.5 million copies sold so far - it's impressive that there are 85,574 gamers that are scaring themselves silly in PlayStation VR.

The developer has a timed exclusive VR period on PSVR, with 897K gamers on Capcom's opt-in tracking platform pointing to 85K users playing Resident Evil 7 in VR. This means that 1 in nearly 10 gamers are using PSVR to play RE7, as it's a PSVR exclusive for the first 12 months.

The game is already creepy enough, but in VR? It's something I need to try now, rather than later.
