Metro 2035 is definitely a game to look forward to in 2017, with the story timeline revealed with a 2017 release window, for another game in the Metro series that takes place after the events of the book.

If you didn't already know, the Metro series is based off of novels by Dmitry Glukhovsky, where after World War III citizens of Russia have gone underground to escape trhe nuclear fallout. In the underground world, citizens use bullets as currency, and are always keeping mutated monsters from killing them.

The updated timeline says that the new game will take place after the events of Metro 2035, with series protagonist Artyom is still attempting to get his people to the surface.
