Notorious mobile leaker Evan "@evleaks" Blass said that the purported Surface Phone would arrive in two versions, with the consumer-focused handset receiving a normal SoC, and not the laptop-class processor that the enterprise/higher-end handset would use.

There's not much known on Surface Phone apart from the leaks and concept art, but it's an exciting time for smartphones right now - especially since Microsoft blew their chances multiple times with Nokia and the Lumia handsets.
