The latest v0.60 patch for DayZ is here, wtih Bohemia Interactive announcing that it features a new DX11 renderer that will improve performance on the PC, significantly.

DayZ's new v0.60 patch will download automatically from Steam, so you won't need to do much apart from turn your computer on.
