Did you pre-order your HTC Vive? I did, and I'm more than excited - more than I can express in words. But how many Vive headsets did HTC sell? According to Shen Ye who does "VR @ HTC", the company sold 15,000 units in less than 10 minutes.

Ye tweeted: "Woah, more than 15k units in less than 10min :o". 15,000 units in less than 10 minutes is pretty damn impressive, considering the HTC Vive costs $799. I've said it once, and I'll say it again - the $799 pricing is pretty damn kick ass considering the kit you're receiving - an experience that is just so much more enthralling, immersive and overwhelming when compared to a high-end gaming LCD.
