Xbox boss says Microsoft is 'shipping more new IP than we have in a long time' for Xbox One.

Microsoft needs to have a huge 2016 for the Xbox One to be able to compete against the onslaught of mobile gaming, PC gaming, the PS4 and VR - with Oculus launching its Rift in Q1, and HTC with its Vive in April.

Xbox boss Phil Spencer has taken to Twitter, replying to a fan who said "So Phil, will 2016 be good for Xbox you think?" with Spencer replying "Should be very good. Shipping more new IP than we have in a long time. Good challenge to make new IP succeed".

Spencer continued his Twitter rampage, replying to another tweet that said: "Streaming #XboxOne to Windows 10 is incredible. I wonder if @XboxP3 will let me stream to my Xbox 360 later this year", but Spencer shot Sean down, replying with "Sorry, this one isn't in development".
