PC crushes the Xbox One comparison of ARK: Survival Evolved

The Xbox One version of ARK: Survival Evolved looks good, but it doesn't hold up against the PC version.

During a Xbox One and PC comparison of ARK: Survival Evolved, we get a closer look at the console version of Studio Wildcard's epic game.

ARK: Survival Evolved runs on Unreal Engine 4, which is why it looks so damn gorgeous - but requires an incredible amount of PC horsepower to get it running at high resolutions, with high frame rates. When looking at the comparison of the PC and Xbox One versions of ARK, there is a huge difference - with the Xbox One version sporting far less detail, with its LOD (level of detail) settings set much lower than the PC version, and there's considerable blurring, too.
