Chrome extension shields you from Star Wars spoilers

Chrome add-on attempts to protect you from Star Wars: The Force Awakens spoilers, scans websites and hides content if appropriate

A new Chrome extension has surfaced that prevents you from being spoiled by what happens in the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens film.

Essentially, when it detects any mention of Star Wars on a given site, almost immediately a large logo appears on top of the content and warns you that spoilers may be ahead. If you like, you can then proceed past the warning. If you can't see the movie opening day, or if you're worried about potential leaks beforehand, this is an effective if not overly aggressive tool to prevent the experience from being ruined or at least lessened.

Note it takes a couple of seconds to scan and then trigger the pop-up, so you'll still have to use some caution when browsing. Hopefully, this will be improved in future updates.

You can grab the extension via the source link below.
