OK, now this is exciting news. Google, Verizon and Disney have been working on Star Wars: The Force Awakens VR experience, which is something that StarWars.com explains as a "compelling story and exclusive, never-seen-before content, which ties directly into the opening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens".
How do you get access to it? You'll need the official Star Wars app for iOS and Android, but Verizon has more plans, where the company will push out four uniquely designed and collectible Google Cardboard kits. These kits will go on sale on December 2, too.
What will the VR experience entail? According to Google's VP of Product Management, you'll be able to experience "the Millennium Falcon in all its (virtual reality) glory included". Sounds good to me!
