Some users are seeing screen flickering with the newly launched Surface Book. If you're one of them, Microsoft News has a workaround for you. While there's no specific reason to think using it would cause issues, we have to disclaim that we take no responsibility for any issues caused by using it.
Now then, Microsoft's virtualization tech known as Hyper-V is said to be the cause of the issue. Until they fix it (and they've indicated they will), you can disable it by finding your way to Command Prompt and entering this text: "dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V" (no quotes). Alternately, go to Windows Features and disable it there.
