- OCZ Announces PC-5000 Platinum DFI nF4 Special Series

OCZ have pulled another rabbit out of the hat today with their new PC-5000 EL Platinum series of memory modules, designed primarily for the DFI range of nForce4 motherboards. The modules are stamped with a guarenteed rated speed of 625mhz DDR at 3-4-4-10 timings. Corsair have also made headlines in the memory market today as they announce a new line of DDR2 memory modules designed specifically for NVIDIA's latest nForce4 Intel platform. The new XMS2 5400UL memory modules are rated for a guarenteed clock speed of 625mhz at lowly latencies of 3-2-2-8 1T, making them the fastest DDR2 memory modules to date.
