ASRock unveils the H2R, a Chromecast-like HDMI dongle

ASRock unveils the new H2R, a HDMI 2-in-1 router that is perfect for those on-the-go

Seriously, I can't live without my Chromecast. It's just that good, and now ASRock has just unveiled something just as interesting in its new H2R (HDMI 2-in-1 router).

The new ASRock H2R acts as a travel router, but it moonlights as both an Ethernet adapter, or an HDMI dongle that mimics the abilities of Apple TV or the aforementioned Chromecast from Google. The ASRock H2R will provide wireless Internet, an Ethernet adapter - or alternatively if you want to plug it into the HDMI port on your TV or monitor, it will mirror cast or project your smartphone or tablet onto your TV.
