After the success of Mad Max: Fury Road, it looks like Warner Bros. could be using George Miller in their DCEU for the sequel to the Superman reboot Man of Steel.
The director of the documentary The Death of Superman Lives, John Schnepp, said that Miller has been shortlisted to direct Man of Steel 2. Man of Steel was directed by Zack Snyder, but Snyder has been busy with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and then Justice League: Part 1 reportedly begins filming in January 2016.
Miller directing Man of Steel would be an interesting choice, as it seems Warner Bros. is confident with its range of directors for the upcoming movies in the DC Extended Universe.
