The latest patch for Grand Theft Auto V on the PC fixes the stuttering issues on the PC, with the update weighing in at a respectable 91MB.
Gamers are already reporting that stuttering is gone in the game, even when shooting and driving around. Other issues are still present, however. I'm sure that future patches in the game will fix these issues, but it's good to see that a game the size of Grand Theft Auto V (in terms of in-game size, and physical disk size) that the patch weighs in at just 91MB, and not 7-10GB+ like other titles.
