The world's largest LAN party and eSports spectacle has announced the Austin Convention Center as the home for its first non-European event. Set for May 6-8 2016, the event is still quite a while off and is said to feature "all the core content pillars" which should include LAN gaming, eSports and more.
Marcus Lindmark, DreamHack CEO, announced that an expansion to North America was in mind for quote some time, further stating that another location is set for possible announcement soon.
With early bird participant and spectator tickets being made available on September 15, stay tuned for more information as to exactly what's on offer.
