The original Unreal Engine 4-powered Paris Apartment technology demo, developer Benoît Dereau has released a new demo that features photorealistic indoor environments.

Beautiful, but you need to see the video in action to really appreciate it - but even more so, you can download the tech demo and experience it on your own PC. Dereau used 1.3 million triangles in this tiny room, with "all texture maps from 1024 to 4096 size", adding that "interactive object material change" is possible.

Dereau spent three weeks on the demo, which is a testament to how easy, versatile and damn beautiful Unreal Engine 4 is. You can download the tech demo right here.
