E3 2015 - The gaming world got a first glimpse of the new Doom video game during E3, and we can expect a challenging gaming experience. When the game was demoed during E3, the person running the demo was quite experienced in the portion of Doom being played.

"I've seen people and even had people say, 'Oh, that looks easy,'" said Marty Stratton, executive producer at id Software, while speaking to GameSpot on the E3 show floor. "That is not easy. The game is a challenging game, it's like [the original Doom] in that respect."

When we explore the environment, we'll be able to play using our own techniques and strategies - the monsters can also jump, climb, fly, and engage with us however they see fit.

Doom will launch next spring for the PC, Microsoft Xbox One and Sony PlayStation 4. A multiplayer beta test will be released sometime ahead of the spring launch, but Bethesda didn't offer additional details.
