LG is so close to the official unveiling of its G4 smartphone, where we're receiving details on the handset slowly. The latest is pricing, with LG setting the price of the G4 smartphone at around $800.

At $800, it's an expensive handset, far more expensive than the Nexus 5 at under half its price when it debuted (made by LG). The Galaxy S6 and S6 edge are $800+ handsets, but LG is packing a serious punch with the G4. We have a 5.5-inch QHD (2560x1440) display, a super-fast Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor (six cores), and more.

We know to expect a seriously good rear-facing camera, too.
