DICE says Star Wars: Battlefront looks as good as it does now, on PS4

DICE says that the Star Wars: Battlefront trailer is 'how it looks right now' on the PlayStation 4, not even the PC

EA and DICE have been showing off quite a lot on Star Wars: Battlefront, with the more than impressive trailer displaying some astonishing visual chops. Well, according to DICE, this is how the game looks right now, on the PlayStation 4. To refresh your memory, here's the trailer.

DICE Producer Jesper Nielsen replied to a thread on Reddit about the trailer, where he said: "I don't like making hard guarantees. The game hasn't shipped yet. We're not done with it. But this is how it looks right now - on PS4 as well, yes". Reiterating on the trailer, Patrick Bach of DICE adds: "Of course there's some cinematic things we're doing that is hard to play, but we want to prove that we can make our own trailers in the engine that we're also making [the] game for. So we're not trying to trick anyone".

We do know quite a bit about Star Wars: Battlefront, which will be running at 60FPS on both the Xbox One and PS4. DICE won't be pushing Battlelog on Battlefront users, which is nice to hear.
