Microsoft looks to be planning quite the show for E3 2015 this year, with Xbox boss Phil Spencer teasing that the company will be having its best year ever when it comes to first-party content. He said on Twitter: "This is going to be a fun year. I think it might be our best 1st party content year ever".

The tweet was in a response to @thekeenpaladin, who asked "can we expect to be blown away at e3 this year, any bombshells?" But there won't only be first-party content for the Xbox One that will surprise gamers, with third-party content to get the same treatment. Spencer replied to another tweet in regards to third-party content, where he said: "And to be clear we will have 3rd party deals, it's just, imo, important to focus on and support our 1st party".
@iamironwolf You will see more cross-play play for use, no comment on Gears.- Phil Spencer (@XboxP3) April 19, 2015
One of the bigger surprises is that Spencer teased "more cross-play" between the Xbox One and Windows-powered gaming PCs, but wouldn't elaborate on Gears of War for PC saying "no comment on Gears" when probed about it.
