- Compro Technology introduces VideoMate DVB-T300 and VideoMate DVB-U2000

Compro Technology inform us today of a couple of additions to their VideoMate range of products, the DVB-T300 and DVB-U2000. One very neat feature of the DVB-T300 model is it's ability to recieve both analog and digital signals, released at just the right time due to the neutral state of TV broadcasting at the moment with several broadcasters having already converted to digital whilst others still not planning to for quite a while yet.

Taipei September 10, 2004: With much of the world's TV broadcasting stations announcing their imminent conversion to digital broadcasting it doesn't seem feasible to shop for anything analog these days. Compro Technology says why not have a TV tuner that can receive both signals, so that you can use it today, and keep on using it tomorrow! Yes that is right, Compro has announced its release of their VideoMate DVB-T300 with which you can have a foot hold in both worlds as this PCI card can receive analog or digital signals!

As for their DVB-U2000 model, it provides a neat and compact external USB 2.0 solution capable of receiving high definition digital TV broadcasting for your PC or notebook, and without the need of a power adapter either. A very cool little device with attributes i'm sure a lot of people are on the lookout for.

Taipei, September 8, 2004: Compro Technology, a leading manufacturer of PC multimedia add-on products and producer of the VideoMate series of TV Tuner cards and external boxes has now gone digital with their external USB DVB-T tuner box VideoMate DVB-U2000.
