- Shuttle offers 9 new "Prescott-ready" XPC's

Shuttle are at the press again, this time announcing 9 "prescott-ready" XPC's, some of which were announced seperately not too long ago such as their SB81P which is based upon Intel's new 915G chipset. Current XPC models supporting Prescott include the SB83G5, SB81P, SB75G2 v2, SB61G2 v3, SS56G v2, ST61G4 v2, ST62K (both versions) and SS56L. More details within the attached PR here.

- AMD Announces New 64-Bit Applications to demonstrate up to 57% performance increases

This press release just in from AMD, they've announced that the 64-bit versions of software applications "Crafty" and "The Panorama Factory" when used in conjunction with WindowsXP 64-bit Edition yeild a significant performance increase of up to 57 percent when compared to their 32-bit counterparts.
