Respawn is ready to take Update Eight out of the oven for Titanfall, a patch that will include a slew of changes and new game modes. One of the bigger game modes from the update is the co-op wave survival mode, which should be a bunch of robotic fun.
In the previous update, Respawn removed the titans and AI bots, allowing for PvP combat, without the supersuits and artificial intelligence. The new update however, has a new mode called Frontier Defense. This mode has players dying and instead of spectator mode, they fly high above the other players, in helicopters, shooting down at the people on the ground.
Deadly Ground is another new mode, which changes regular levels so "the floor is covered in deadly electrified fog". Frontier Defense mode will also have gamers against old and new robots, surviving waves and waves of baddies. Respawn will also be including the usual bud fixes, UI improvements, new graphics options for capable PCs, faster load times, and more.
