Ubisoft confirmed Rainbow Six: Siege for next-gen consoles and PCs back in June, but we didn't know about the resolution and frame rate. Well, the latter has now been confirmed.
The news is coming directly from the official Rainbow Six Twitter account, which was replying to a tweet asking it it would be running at "720p, 25fps?" but the reply was "The game will play at 60 fps on all platforms". The resolution wasn't confirmed, so I'm suspecting we're going to see 900p and 1080p for the Xbox One and PS4, respectively. But, at 60FPS, we might see this drop to a lower resolution, something like 720p, something we'll find out in the months to come.
Rainbow Six: Siege launches sometime next year for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
