Bethesda has announced it will host a The Evil Within-based blood drive at QuakeCon 2014 next week for the American Red Cross. Donors will receive The Evil Within swag.
Included in your bag after donating your life force will be an official The Evil Within-branded chill pack, which is a cold pack that can be put in the freezer to cool down lunch boxes and coolers. Better yet, this special QuakeCon pack will look like a blood pack, featuring red freezable liquid inside, according to Bethesda's Vice President of PR and Marketing, Pete Hines.
Hines said: "QuakeCon has a great group of attendees who we think will want to help the community by donating blood. The American Red Cross is a terrific organization, and we're thrilled to welcome them to QuakeCon". American Red Cross' External Communications Manager, Jan Hale, added: "The Red Cross is grateful for Bethesda Softworks' invitation to host a blood drive during such a critical time. The summer months are a particularly difficult period for blood collections and being a part of this event gives us more opportunities to help save lives".
