E3 2014 - Alien: Isolation is shaping up to be one of the biggest games of the year, especially when its up against some seriously slick titles from some massive publishers. SEGA looks to have a hit on its hands, but now it is being reported that Alien: Isolation will receive Oculus Rift support.
Creative Assembly seem to be doing all of the right things with Alien: Isolation, baking in some of the original sound recordings from Alien, an incredibly smart and adaptive AI for the Xenomorph, and an incredibly moody setting. This is only going to be amplified with support for Oculus Rift, something that has now climbed directly to the top of my must-have list. We don't have much longer to wait, either, as Alien: Isolation launches on October 7.
We've just heard back from Oculus VR, which has confirmed that Alien: Isolation 100% has Oculus Rift support. I've just pre-ordered hundreds of new pairs of underwear in anticipation.
